Treasure Island Hotel – Las Vegas?
November 7th, 2009
Can anyone tell me whether this is a good hotel?
It’s a great hotel. The rooms are very nice, the cafe has good food, the buffet (Diners) is really great. The location is pretty good too … you can take the tram over to The Mirage, or walk across the street to Wynn or the Venetian. The show Mystere is fabulous and there are little shops you can browse through. I’d rate it pretty high as a nice place to stay.

It’s okay but not the most modern.
It is also at the top end of the strip

Treasure Island is a 4 star hotel and casino owned by MGM group it is located just north of The Mirage it has recently been remodeled and a nice lounge called Tangerine that over looks Sirens Cove. If you are a registered guest you can view the free show from there (great view I may add).
Try the Cirque Du Soleil show called Mystere. Or go to Wet the Spa at TI relax and enjoy.
Several places for food, close to the fashion show mall and a 8 minute walk to the Bellagio Fountains. It may take longer if it is a busy day or you just want to stop and take pictures of the volcano at The Mirage or the entrance to Caesars Palace. I say do them both.
Bus passes are $5 for 24 hours and runs like every 15 minutes or the monorail cost is more but nicer.

Have a great trip

I love it. It’s a 4 Diamond rated resort. Very clean, very secure. Best part, IMO – you don’t have to schlep across the casino to get to anything except outside, from your room.
