What is the distance between stratosphere hotel las vegas and ceasars palace hotel las vegas?

It is most certainly NOT a 5-10 minute walk. Its is more like 1.5-2 miles and those arent easy miles. It is over 100 degrees and feels like more surrounded by concrete. The heat comes off the pavement and almost burns the back of your legs. Also, the street in front of TI and Mirage can be slow going at busy times which won’t make it any quicker or cooler.
I would suggest an alternate mode of transport to walking. You can take the "Duece" double-decker bus that runs the strip and stops at both places. A cab from one to another or the monorail from the Sahara, which IS a 10 minute walk from the Strat, to Flamingo which is across the strip from Caesars.
Have a great trip!

About 2 1/2 miles, per Mapquest.
Of course this is the wrong time of year to walk it during the day, and many people don’t feel safe on foot around the Strat at night. I recommend a cab.

Dont listen to her…i live in vegas and its not that bad. Its like a 5-10min walk, but its about 105 degrees during the day, so bring water. Also cabs are a horrible idea. Their is so much traffic on the strip, it would take you twice as long to get their by cab then walking.

When I visited, I stayed at the Sphere…. I remember the walk not being too bad…. just remember, after dark a lot of people are passing out advertisements for prostitutes… so if that sort of thing bothers you… go before dark. Not really that big a deal… just seems rude to be walking down the street with your husband and someone gives him a picture of a hooker… I just gave them a look and most of them left us alone… no biggee… but I did feel pretty safe at night … felt kind of weird considering the "stories"

I would recommend taking a cab or the bus. It’s a long walk in the hot weather.
