Las Vegas Holiday !

the mirage. I have tickets to the comedy club there. Are their any good restaurants at the riviera for dinner? Dessert?

It is a long walk. I recommend taking the Deuce (double decker bus). It’s only $5 for a 24 hour pass and runs every ten minutes. It picks up in front of all the major casinos. I have stayed at the Riveria, but none of the restaurants stood out to me. But I did eat at the Peppermill, which Simon mentioned, and that is very good.

   Its a fair trek probably 30mins its also quiet and dark since the Frontier has been knocked down. Even if I walked there I would get a cab back. Next to Riviera is the Peppermill its a cheap 24 hour oldstyle (Retro vegas) resturant, its good food, great value and good service we always make sure we visit

   you can but a taxi will cost you 8 bucks or use the 24 hours bus service for 3 bucks

   I would just cross the street, and get on the tram behind Harrahs. Either that, or grab a cab outside your hotel.

   You could walk it though. Its probably a 20-25 min walk depending on how fast you walk. In the milder weather it wouldnt be too bad, but in the heat of summer it might be a strain for some people.

   As far the Riviera itself, its a decent but older hotel. There are plenty of dining options, but most are not at the quality level of the newer and nicer hotels.

   Hell no it’s a looooong ways, dont let the size of the casino fool you. They look close but there not!! Get a Taxi from the mirage!!
