Fiance’ was wondering it it was ok. She doesnt want to walk around, just la out topless and put her top on when she goes to the pool. She wears thong sometimes, too, but knows that is accepatable.
Ok thanks. Was just wondering. We are in our 40′s and she just tans and keeps in great shape. Didnt want to go to a coupke of those hotels that charge 25-50 dollars just to go to a pool to take off her top and get some sun. Thanks for helping out!
Thanks for the links. It is our first trip out to Las Vegas, and just was looking fof some good info. Already booked the Monte Carlo for a week, before finding out about the topless rules. Well, I guess we’ll see if anyone else is topless before she gets into trouble! Thanks again.
LOL ! Now she is wanting to know, that, if topless tanning isnt proper, then what if she wore those paste on things that cover the nipple area. Oh, brother.
I guess I shouldnt complain. She takes wonderful care of herself ( 5′ 6", size 4) and in her 40′s. Loves to stay fit and tan. Hates tan lines. So, here I am, finding out what I can about this stuff.
Thanks for all your help. It is appreciated, believe me.

These were all of the European pools in Las Vegas as of last May.

Mandalay Bay – Moorea Beach Club
Mirage – Bare
Stratosphere – Beach club 25
Wynn – European Pool
Caesars Palace – Venus Pool – This one is free to the public Wednesday through Friday 9am-6pm – it’s $20 on Saturday & Sunday for the DJ pool party….I would call to check on this one if you’re interested. The only thing that remains the same in LV is that things change.

I am pretty sure that TAO at the Venetian has changed their policy, away from being topless.

Some casinos now offer "Adult" pool areas where you can sunbathe topless and walk around in thong bikinis. I’m not sure if Monte Carlo offers that but you can check out their website below. I know for a fact that Mirage does at the "Bare" Adult pool. Since it’s done on private property, it is legal as no long as no "solicitations" take place.

Monte Carlo does not have a topless sunbathing area, she will most likely be asked to cover up by a pool attendant.

The only hotel in town that offers a topless sunbathing area to hotel guests without additional charge is Wynn.

Bare at Mirage is open to the public but you have to pay cover charge.
