The Bellagio is good especially if you ask for a fountain view room because the music plays in the room while you watch it. The Palazzo and the Wynn are great as well. The Four Seasons is an excellent non-gaming kid-friendly hotel in the Mandalay Bay building. For an absolute over-the-top experience, look into The Skylofts at MGM Grand. Hope this helps!

It’s a preference thing. The Wynn/Encore, Belagio, Palazzo, and to a lesser extent the Venetian are the ‘nicest’ hotels. But they’re quite pricey, and they tend to be filled with uppity and boring middle aged folks. Caesars Palace and the Palms are the most fun. The MGM Grand is the best bang for the buck when there’s no event in it – great location / quality, cheap rooms.

After 30 years and numerous trips to Las Vegas, I can offer you a couple of suggestions.

For a "center strip" location, the Bellagio is certainly the best. Caesars is a close second.

If you don’t mind a change in location, the Four Seasons is also a great property, with many amenities and quality service.

BTW, the food is very good at all the above properties.
