Non US resident planning to buy a house in Las Vegas for holidays?
October 17th, 2009
Me and family plan to buy a house in Las Vegas as we travel there very often during holidays. We don’t plan to change our residency or nationality. Does anyone know what are the requirements to do this? Thanks a lot for your help.
There are no restrictions to prevent you from buying. Contact a local real estate broker that works with foreign clients and they can help you at no charge to yourself. Contact me if you’d like more information on doing this. Cheers!

If you’re buying cash there are no restrictions. If you’re getting a loan expect to put down 30-40% on a foreign national loan and be sure you’re working with a lender experienced in doing foreign national loans. They’ll be able to tell you more about the other credit/financial documentation you’ll need.
