It depends on what sort of stuff your looking to do. If your doing alot of gambling, going to shows, and/or nightclubs, I would bring at least 1200.

Depends…
Sight seeing and just general going around about $300-ish a day. so thats about….. $4,200 or in real money £3,000. but to be on the safe side take £5,000 cos you never know what you want to do…

Don’t go as it is a horrible place, I grew up there and ther is not all the money in the world to take with you as the place is made for taking money.

to be perfectly honest you are going to spend most of your time on the the floor! i would recommend for a 2 week holiday at least 2k spending money! there is so much to do! you can get coupons for food and many restraunts are all you can eat for around £5 per person and its ace! i stayed at a hotel on the strip oppposite ceasars palace! evrything you could dream of was within reach! you can see many shows and can eat very cheaply just do some research before you go!! check out lasvegas.com you can even get a flight from las veags airport over hoover dam and you can land on the grand canyon floor! with lunch! we did it and it was amazing and well worth it! it cost us around £150 per person but boy was it fantastic that was once in a lifetime! like i said do some research online first of vegas hotels and you will find out what else they have on offer but you are guarenteed to get a good deal with the exchange rate as it is! you could even check out when elton john is playing in ceasars palace(his second home) if he is your bag! and go and see him live in vegas! thats what im hoping to do one day!!!!!!
i hop you have as fantastic a time as we did!

Went to Vegas a year ago to get married. We stayed for 10 days which was too long..once you have been up and down the strip it gets dull not to mention expensive. Take a couple days to go see the Grand Canyon and split it up. Paid nearly 10 quid for a pint of Guinness and a pint of Cider..that was more than UK prices! Money goes quick so be selective about what you do
