I doubt very much any hotel would let you put an appliance in your room since it would be a fire hazard. You are probably better off trying to rent a place with a kitchenette, or bringing an ice chest.

The Imperial Palace does not put a fridge in your room
Like most Hotels, that is not available
There will be a very expensive mini-bar available for you to use

You can get a fridge placed in your room for medical purposes, and you might be able to get one for an upcharge. You can see a good review on the Imperial Palace here http://www.bestofvegas.com/hotels/Imperial-Palace/
HAve fun!
