Then almost directly across the street from there is a Walgreens that has about the same stuff. As I recall both are pretty much open all night, or at least until very late in the evening. If you want a full service grocery store you have to go about a mile west of the Strip on Flamingo Road. At all of gift stores they have snacks in the hotels and on the strip they have separate little stores too.
