I have been. Its a pool with a shark tank raised up in the middle. There is a slide through the shark tank too. Probably the coolest hotel pool in vegas at present

   The "Shark Tank" is a pretty cool concept. It’s like "rossie" said, there is a long slide that goes right through the shark "aquarium" – IMO the only negative is that the pool area is a little on the small side and feels crowded.

   The GN now has an interesting pool area but in no way would I call it one of the top 10 in LV

   Excalibur>new pool area when it’s finished 10/1

   IMO all have nicer pool areas.

   I was in LV(6/4 – 7/5) and spent 15 nights downtown.

   Not about at the golden nugget, maybe your thinking of mandalay bay where they have the shark reef encounter.
   But I left Vegas 6 years ago so it’s possible!
