I just mean male attention – I am attached but my friend is single and is need of some fun and some friendly flirting!

You will get all the male attention you want.

Just be cautious you don’t get more than you want. don’t go to the strip clubs those are just perverts there. Try the nicer clubs.

Good luck and have fun

How does an Australian get married in Las Vegas?

I was wondering how and Australian on holiday in Las Vegas gets married? Do you need to apply for a marriage licence the same as a us citizen?

I got married in Las Vegas, I’m a British citizen and live in the UK but I’m sure it will be the same for you.

You need to register at Clark County Court office to get a licence, we needed ID (passports) and my husband took his divorce papers just in case he needed them but he wasn’t asked to show them. We paid $35 (in 2000 so it might be a bit more now) and we were given the licence. Once we had the licence, we booked The Little White Chapel on the Strip and got married 2 days later.

Once you have the licence, you can pretty much get married anywhere. We didn’t plan anything in advance of arriving in Las Vegas, it was all done once we got there.

The Court Office is open from 8am to midnight but from Friday to Monday it was open 24 hours – just turn up and join the queue.

We are legally married (although I think sometimes my husband would like to think he’ll be able to get off on a technicality!)

It was very easy and there was no fuss but I’m sure if you want the fuss, you can have it. We were married by a minister in the Chapel, the limo picked us up from the hotel and delivered us back after it was done – if I had to do it all again, I wouldn’t change a thing!

Is it worth going to New York or Las Vegas for a holiday….?

my mum has said for awhile, she’d love to go to New York and/or Las Vegas.

I’d have to go with her, but to me, those two cities have very little that is appealing.

I go for history, culture, and architecture, most of all history though.

You’ll get everything you want from New York. I went in Feb this year and I’m going back next Feb. History, culture, architecture and entertainment, New York has it all. Vegas is also very good but mostly for entertainment. I did a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon then a slow raft trip down the Colorado river from the bottom of Hoover Dam.

Anyone know where I could go to get a prime rib prepared for my holiday party in Las Vegas Nevada?

Cousin planned a holiday to Las Vegas, USA – without asking me If I too, wished to come – im SOO angry/upset ?

heres what happened. He is my moms brothers son, hes 3 years my junior and he arranged a trip out there to Las Vegas with 2 peers from college, a cousin from his moms side of the family (so like a distant cousin to me…i know him well enough though) and a nephew of ours.

Tickets have been booked, they’ve even DONE their holiday shopping (clothes, iPods, new cell phones and more new clothes…) have their luggage bags packed and ready and with just 2 weeks to go – he discloses this to me, as if to suggest ‘yeah I can do this all myself and be an asshole too by not inviting you’ .

I feel disrespected slightly and annoyed by the way hes been behaving over the past year.

Everything he knows, does, everything he IS – i invented him. I know this sounds silly, but i’ve got him in my little pocket lol.

I took him with me to Barcelona, Spain in the summer of 06, 2 years before that i went out of my way to pay for his airfare to Prague and brought him drinks and paid for his grub..
and I am the reason he passed highshool with flying colors (i gave him maths and physics tuition and taught him calculus!!)

i don’t really care that much though, its just the fact that my older sister told me he had planned this well before July, during the first week of June to be exact.

So whats he playing at ? could somebody who understands this situation better than I’m doing right now please tell me why hes being a jerk off ?? How dare he not invite me i say !

YOU have done everything for HIM in the past – so in a way he’s had to be beholden to you and live in your shadow all his life. You’re probably the one he looks up to and tries to copy. A role model. I know that from your point of view it isn’t like that – but I think it might be from his. He’s picked a couple of friends from school to go with and has left it late telling you about it because he’s a bit scared of how you’ll react. I know what he’s done seems very ungrateful but he needs to stand on his own feet and not hang onto your coat-tails. You shouldn’t be offended by this. You’ve been a bit like a parent to him so he’s scared of getting told off. All little kids grow up and grow away from their parents and it’s a very wise parent that lets them do it and cheers them on. If I were you, I’d carry on as normal. Don’t show your displeasure and be nice about what he’s doing and wish him well. if I’m wrong and he’s being snide and nasty to you, it’ll make him feel bad about what he’s done to you because you will look VERY good the way you are handling it.

Las Vegas New Year Holiday Packages?

November 13th, 2009

Hi All

Can you please recommend a good value for money family holiday package/tour operator for Las Vegas (i.e all inclusive during the sat etc.. ) for New Year.

Thanks

Most of the hotels do not deal with the tour operators for New Years in Vegas. The rates go up more then double for rooms and it sells out early.

This year they are expecting one of the biggest crowds in history since it will be a four day weekend for many people.

If you mean underage kids when you state family I would not suggest doing Las Vegas. Normally it is an adult town but New Years is over the top in adult entertainment and not the place for kids at all.

There will be hundreds of thousands of people in town again this year. You won’t find discounts for Las Vegas at that time of year.
